Job Description
Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial and IT services community nationwide and is experiencing significant growth in our Birmingham Market. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Recruiter to fulfill immediate internal vacancies within our IT and Finance & Accounting Division located at our office in Birmingham, AL. 
The individual will represent the internal production mechanism and/or the external face of the business.  This position ultimately creates and cultivates the candidate and/or client relationships that drive the business.  This individual is tasked with sourcing, screening, and retaining IT and/or finance and accounting candidates to fulfill the contract and permanent based job openings with our top clients.  
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, not afraid to make cold calls to candidates looking for jobs, and someone who is money motivated. We have a base salary plus commissions and bonuses.
This includes but is not limited to:  
• Marketing Rezult Group solutions and services to IT and/or finance and accounting professionals that represent potential candidates
• Building mutually beneficial relationships with these candidates
• Delivering value both directly and indirectly Screen candidates based upon predetermined criteria including placement scenario, location, rate, technical/functional ability through references, company culture, growing a professional pipeline of candidates to meet the demanding needs of our client base, etc.
• Once placement has been made, this individual will maintain relationships through phone and personal contact as well as the use of monthly quality initiatives
• In short, this individual creates the product of the business through volume and quality of candidate relationships mirroring the list of Top 15 skill sets per market. 
• Recruiters will be responsible for the creation and execution of his / her own individual business plan, adhere to the proper production standards bearing in mind ROI and quality, and must adhere to the company Core Values and Mission Statement at all times.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field (Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent).  
• 0 to 3 years of inside/outside sales, account management, staffing, or business development experience.  
• Corporate finance, accounting, banking/financial services, and/or IT experience is a plus.
• Great presentation, communication, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to cultivate and manage strong relationships quickly while establishing a large pipeline of qualified candidates to meet increasing staffing needs. 
• Possess a self-starter, multi-tasking, skill-set with the ability to meet deadlines
• Be a team player who is driven and focused on achieving top results with a high sense of urgency.
