The Role
This is an exciting opportunity with an industry leading company to sell SaaS & Mobile products to the construction industry.   This position reports to the VP of Contractor Solutions. The AE will also be partnered with business development representatives to help generate opportunities. This position will also work closely with customer success, marketing/ lead generation and product. This position can be located in Houston, Chicago, or the Atlanta area.

What you'll Do
  • The Account Executive Positon - your primary responsibilities will be selling SaaS and mobile solutions with focus on prospecting, presenting, and selling complex products and services to General Contractors and DOTs thereby generating net new revenue while growing existing revenue. This is an individual-contributor position that requires a high-impact sales person with a HUNTER mentality.
  • If you are a successful sales professional who has experience finding new business as well as developing and maintaining existing accounts in a consultative selling and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Responsible for pipeline and opportunity management.
  • The AE is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets by winning project and Enterprise sales.
Who you Are
  • Minimum of 5+ years of SaaS software (construction a plus)
  • Experience selling to both projects and enterprises
  • 4-year college/university degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience prospecting and hunting to find new business to be closed directly
  • Experience growing contractor and DOT segments within a territory 
  • Responsibilities for developing and implementing territory plans and key account plans
  • Experience using CRM and project database systems on a daily basis
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a sales territory with an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Strong skills in developing account and opportunity planning
  • Formal training in consultative sales techniques is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly proficient computer skills including internet, CRM, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
