Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Professional writing experience

  • Professional social media experience

  • Willingness to learn

  • Willingness to speak publically and/or lead webinars

  • Great communication skills

  • Team player

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong computer comprehension

 

Preferred but not Required:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar

  • Experience with Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of WordPress CMS

  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword and Local Optimization

  • Knowledge of AP Style

  • Sales experience

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate between clients and Infomedia team members

  • Be familiar with copy, image and marketing best practices in order to connect with clients

  • Communicate with team members to help sell work that is in the best interest of the team and profitability

  • Act as point of contact for high-touch clients who need continual account management

  • Look for opportunities to increase the investment of high-touch clients

  • Put together quotes to sell and upsell clients (both current and prospective)

  • Communicate with established accounts weekly

  • Pitch new opportunities to established accounts at least monthly

  • Investigate new marketing opportunities to sell to clients

  • Develop partnerships with outside companies and individuals who can perform marketing work (SEO, blogging, digital advertising, etc.) that isn’t done in-house

  • Learn to use Infomedia Scope Snippets to build quotes and contracts

  • Learn to use Google Analytics and be able to identify pain points and opportunities in client websites

  • Perform website audits

 

Things you will do on an as-needed basis:

  • Attend meetings

  • Call clients

  • Take over Project Management for high-contact clients

  • Write blogs

  • Strategize social media plans

  • Enter website content

  • Public speaking (Lunch & Learn, etc.)

  • Create and lead webinar trainings
