Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide.  We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success.  Currently we are searching for a ServiceNow Admin  to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
Gathers service data, administers enterprise service management software, develops and maintains enterprise service management software, administers service reporting tools, administers service catalog maintenance, assembles and produces service reports and any other tasks that assist IT Service Management efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances service management software to optimize organizational efficiency.

2. Maintains and tracks administrative changes to service management software.

3. Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies in service management software. Designs solutions to modify, enhance or adapt service management software with new features or improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.

4. Translates and simplifies requirements given by business units, stakeholders and end users for enhancements to service management software. Prioritizes, assesses and makes decisions on enhancements based on time requirements, scope and cost/benefit analysis. 

5. Determines proper upgrade and enhancement parameters for service management software for smooth integration, transition and efficiency. Develops and implements comprehensive test plans to ensure that upgrades and enhancements are tested and debugged. 

6. Collects, monitors and analyzes data to assist Infinity with improving service management and also Application Development system performance.

7. Documents and develops service management policies, procedures and training. Assists with training of end users on service management software, processes and procedures.

8.  Plans, develops and implements backup and recovery procedures for software management software.

9.  Evaluates issues and resolutions within tickets and adds needed information to the knowledge base.  Assists with review and oversight of the knowledge base, processes and procedures, resolutions for known errors and self-help for customers.

10. Adapts quickly to the necessary business changes and landscape in IT.  Expands personal knowledge of corporate business, the insurance industry, the technical industry and customer needs through workshops, seminars, training and involvement with corporate operating departments and other opportunities.

11. Performs all other duties as assigned.

12. Must have regular, predictable attendance.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Three or more years of experience in a similar position.

2. Technology, Information Systems or Business related degree preferred.

3. Clear understanding of technology and service management.

4. Basic knowledge and understanding of ITIL framework.

*Experience with JavaScript and Service Now is Required*
